Clinical Partnerships Manager
Rudiment Labs is seeking a Clinical Partnerships Manager to develop and manage relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and clinical research centers. In this role, you'll be responsible for implementing our cancer detection technologies in clinical settings and ensuring successful adoption by healthcare professionals.
About the Role
As the Clinical Partnerships Manager at Rudiment, you will be the vital bridge between our research team and healthcare institutions. You'll manage relationships with hospitals, clinics, and research centers to implement our innovative cancer detection technologies in real-world clinical settings.
This role requires a unique blend of healthcare knowledge, relationship management skills, and a passion for improving cancer care. You'll work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure our technologies align with clinical workflows, regulatory requirements, and patient needs. Your efforts will directly contribute to accelerating the adoption of our AI-based cancer detection tools in healthcare settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to identify and engage with potential clinical partners, including hospitals, healthcare systems, and research institutions
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector, including clinicians, administrators, and researchers
- Negotiate and oversee clinical partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives and compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with our research and technical teams to understand and effectively communicate the value of our technologies to healthcare partners
- Manage the implementation process of our technologies in clinical settings, ensuring smooth integration with existing workflows
- Gather feedback from clinical partners to inform product development and improve user experience
- Develop training materials and support clinical teams in adopting our technologies
- Track and report on partnership metrics and outcomes, including adoption rates, satisfaction, and clinical impact
- Stay informed about healthcare trends, regulations, and competitive landscape relevant to our technologies
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare business development, partnership management, or similar roles
- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with healthcare institutions
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, clinical workflows, and the regulatory environment
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience with contract negotiations and partnership agreements in healthcare settings
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time to visit clinical sites and partners
Preferred
- Experience with healthcare technology implementation or clinical research coordination
- Knowledge of oncology care pathways and cancer diagnostic procedures
- Understanding of AI and machine learning applications in healthcare
- Experience with CRM systems and project management tools
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations including HIPAA, FDA approvals for medical devices, and clinical validation requirements
- Previous experience in a startup or innovative healthcare technology company
